HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Nova Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
