HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Madison region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
