HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
