HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 816 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review.
