HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
