HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Nova Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
