HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Fox Medical is a Louisville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
