HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
