HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
