HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Bridge Freight Group is a Louisville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
