HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
