HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Louisville with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
