HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Ashton Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
