HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
