HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group is an energy provider in Louisville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
