HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Nova Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
