HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
