HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Kestrel Financial serves customers across Louisville with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
