HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Ivory Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
