HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Little Rock region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
