HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Quill Legal Group is a Little Rock practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
