HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
