HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Granite Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
