HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services supports public agencies in Little Rock with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
