HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
