HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
