HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Maple Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
