HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Sable Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
