HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Maple Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
