HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Field Markets Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
