HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Little Rock with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
