HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
