HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
