HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Partners is a Las Vegas staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
