HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Las Vegas supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
