HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
