HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Water Authority Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
