HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
