HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
