HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
