HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak River Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Las Vegas and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
