HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Nest Medical is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
