HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Timber Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
