HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
