HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Knoxville across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
