HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
