HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
