HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
