HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Knoxville plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
