HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
